The Bali Home Collection is operated by PT Bali Flow Villas, based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. We arrange monthly and yearly villa rentals along Bali's west coast. The fastest way to reach us about anything in this policy is WhatsApp: +62 813 5326 071.

Very little. This website has no user accounts, no contact forms, and no payment processing. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

Your currency preference (IDR, USD, EUR or AUD) is stored in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. That preference never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify or profile you.

Our contact buttons open a WhatsApp conversation. If you message us, we receive your name, phone number, and whatever you choose to share — typically your dates, budget, and what you're looking for. We use this only to help you find a villa and to coordinate viewings and the lease.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta and has its own privacy policy, which applies to the conversation itself.

If you move forward with a villa, we may ask for information needed for screening and the lease — such as your full name, passport details, and references. We share with the villa owner only what is needed to draft the lease and arrange your stay, and we tell you what we share. We never sell personal data, and we don't use it for marketing without asking you first.

The site uses a small number of services to function: our hosting provider (to serve the site), Sanity (to manage villa and article content — it holds no visitor data), and Mapbox (to display the area maps; loading a map sends your IP address to Mapbox, as with any embedded map). Links to Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those platforms, where their own policies apply.

WhatsApp conversations and screening information are kept for as long as needed to arrange and support your tenancy, and afterwards only as long as Indonesian law requires us to keep records. If you never become a tenant, you can ask us to delete the conversation at any time.

You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the European Union, these rights are backed by the GDPR; we honour the same requests from everyone, wherever you are. One WhatsApp message is enough.

If we change how we handle personal data — for example, if we add analytics or an email newsletter — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
